Called the King of South African Charcuterie, Biltong was developed by early settlers in South Africa as a method of preserving meat.
Biltong works as a snack in its own right or as part of a charcuterie plate. It pairs very well with a variety of beverages but particularly hoppy beers and red wines. We love our biltong in a salad with dried figs, goat’s cheese, chicory and a rooibos vinaigrette.
About Woza - Best Ingredients for Best Flavour
Woza is a Zulu word commonly used in South Africa as an invitation to ‘come with me’. Woza Biltong is a must-try for all meat lovers in the UK and beyond to experience charcuterie and biltong made the proper South African way!
The key to great biltong is great quality meat. Woza beef biltong is made using only prime cuts of sustainable West Country beef sourced from certified local suppliers.
They believe that beef bavette makes for the tastiest biltong with the best texture.
Woza biltong is air-dried, using a traditional method and made-to-order to ensure freshness. They use natural, West Country ingredients as far as possible, including Cornish sea salt and locally produced apple cider vinegar, all carefully and lovingly blended with Woza’s unique mix of spices.
The result is a delicious biltong free from preservatives, MSG and nitrates.

Storing:
Please store away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place or refrigerate.
Please follow the use by and storage instructions on each pack. Once opened, sliced biltong should be consumed within 3 days… although an open pack never hangs around for that long.
Delivery & Returns:
This product is dispatched by Woza. Woza makes all biltong to order which can take up to 5 days from ordering and then dispatched for next day delivery. Biltong are made to order so you receive the freshest batch. Delivery is to the UK and Scottish mainland only (excluding N. Ireland, Scottish highland and islands).
Please note that as food/perishable goods, Woza products cannot be returned. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Returns Policy
Life By Equipers are the most important people in the world to us and it is essential that you are satisfied with your product. We handle each return query individually to ensure we can cater to your questions personally. We hope that you love everything you buy in the Life By Equipe Shop.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@lifebyequipe.com for details on how to exchange your item.
Should you wish to return or exchange any items purchased in the shop, please ensure that:
1. The item(s) are returned within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have gone by since you received your package, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
2. The good(s) have not been worn or used and the tags must still be attached.
3. Product(s) must be returned in original condition, unworn and in original packaging.
Please don't destroy or throw away any product before you've spoken to us and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund or replacement.
What you can't send back:
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Perishable goods - such as food or online gift cards cannot be returned. (includes Arctic Power Berries products).
Sale items - only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Saying that, Life by Equipe are committed to making sure you are thrilled with your order. So, if you aren't satisfied for any reason with a non-returnable product, still get in contact with us and we'll chat!
For change of mind returns, all full price items that are unworn and in its original condition can be returned following the below steps. You will need proof of purchase and all returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the item(s).
To complete your return, please follow the instructions included in your parcel for returns. If no return instructions appear in your parcel, please email Louise our Community Care Director: hello@lifebyequipe.com, with your order number, the item(s) you’re returning and why. You will then be notified within 1 working day how to return your order.
If you are returning items you should consider using a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless we can sign for it. Please note that you will have to pay for the return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will be refunded but we cannot reimburse you for your return shipping charges.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
